2. 將二節翅對半切備用。

3. 加入韓式芝麻油 (可用香油代替)1大匙,將雞翅二面煎至上色。

4. 加入韓式辣椒醬及紅青辣椒炒香。

5. 倒入蒜末、醬油及汽水拌勻,以中火煮沸。

6. 轉中小火煮約20分鐘至醬汁收乾上色。
