2. 冷油冷鍋加熱後先炒洋蔥,炒至香味出來(這時若喜歡蒜味的可加蒜泥1-2匙一起炒香),加豬肉片進去炒

3. 豬肉片變白後加入韓國魚板,此時加入韓國辣醬炒香

4. 醬炒香後加入高麗菜、金針菇、年糕,加水稍微蓋過食材,煮滾後轉小火,續煮到年糕變軟

5. 加入韓國冬粉續煮,韓國冬粉口感較Q硬,煮的時間較長,需看情況補水續煮

6. 冬粉煮軟後加入起司就可以關火,蓋上鍋蓋稍悶約5分鐘待起司融化
