事前準備
原料: 白米飯 1.5杯, 韓國海苔片(不要找那種本身有油的就找一般捲壽司那種才好捲不會太軟), 韓國芝麻油(聽朋友說現在台灣都買得到啦XD), 韓國芝麻粒(好像有分炒過的跟沒炒過的), 肉片(買五花豬/梅花豬那種燒烤肉片或火鍋片皆可), 蛋 三顆, 紅蘿蔔 半根, 小黃瓜 一根
做法

2. 紅蘿蔔跟小黃瓜洗淨切細條備用

3. 蛋打散後淋一點點芝麻油煎成蛋皮後切條狀備用

4. 肉片用醬油/少許鹽炒熟即可(這口味可能看每個人喜好,喜歡辣可用韓國辣醬)。備料都完成後,取出一張海苔片,中間位置鋪好白飯(記得左右兩邊也要均勻捲起來橫切面才漂亮)

5. 依序放上適量的紅蘿蔔絲/小黃瓜絲/蛋絲/肉片(這次在釜山有看到用類似碗豆櫻所以也一起放)

6. 紮實的捲好(看要用塑膠袋當底還是用壽司竹捲片都可以)

7. 表面上刷上一層薄薄的芝麻油
