事前準備
原料: 大阪燒預拌粉或麵粉 50g, 蛋 1顆, 水, 高麗菜 1/4顆, 蝦仁或肉片
調料: 美乃滋, 海苔粉, 柴魚粉
做法

2. 熱鍋加一點油,先鋪一半高麗菜在鍋內,將蝦仁放中間再把剩下的高麗菜蓋上

3. 不移動他中小火煎約五分鐘,可以先檢查下面看上色了沒,差不多可以翻面時先把肉片撲在最上層

4. 翻面過後第二面煎約5-8分鐘,確認上色了即可

5. 起鍋後先塗上大阪燒醬,再用美乃滋擠成格子狀

6. 最後在中間灑上海苔粉跟柴魚粉,這樣就完成啦~~
